Problem with video on custom domain in passworded galleries

I'm having trouble with video on my custom domain in password-protected galleries. It won't play. If the gallery is unprotected or I'm using my nickname.smugmug.com domain, everything's OK. Here's my "matrix"...


Nickname Custom domain
Passworded Works No worky
Unprotected Works Works


This issue has been covered before (http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=110707), and apparently was fixed. I'm even able to see Andy's example video (http://www.moonriverphotography.com/gallery/364086_Ugg2Z) on his passworded and custom-domained site.

Any idea what's going on with my site? Here's an example...

I see the same behavior from FF3 and IE6. I'm running XP SP3. I've done all the proper cache-clearing in my testing.
