This couple is big into movies, and wanted a movie-poster-style print to give to the groomsmen. This is an 18x12 that I put together for them... any thoughts? (sorry for the copyright watermark...:dunno)

I think it is pretty cool..are the silouettes the actual wedding party?

Thanks Gary! Yup, it's the actual wedding party. The big shot of the B&G was taken when it started to pour rain and hail on them as we were taking pictures.
The guys had jumped off a platform earlier for a fun shot (all of htem in a row), so I used the pen tool in photoshop to make them into silhouettes and add them to the poster. I was really proud of myself when I put it all together! :D I've never done anything like it before!

I like this idea...but the font of the date doesn't strike me for some reason. Seems out of place??

IMHO: the Date looks off because it should by down below the guys names.
The poster doesn't jump off the page because you are more interested in the silhouettes/dates then the picture it self.
The picture is not a very strong rendering in B&W.
It is all about the composition and where your eyes flow to naturally when viewing the poster.
OP: Step back and ask what is the #1 visual item you want to convey?
i'm not sure - that is why i am asking.
Then go from there... if it is the main picture ... then give this picture some 'pop' and move forward w/ the silhouettes/dates.
Hope this helps.....
Cool idea.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I appreciate the candid constructive criticism. Good point about the main pic and needing to have it be a strong one.
