This darling's mother is Hispanic and she LOVES her blue eyes. People often assume she is the nanny, how rude!!! When this 18 month old heard my camera snapping other kids at play in a backyard party she came running to me and just kept looking up at me!! You can see me and half of the backyard in her eyes. Used my prime lens 85 1/4 Nikon.

Wonderful shot!
The chip residue/mustard smeers on her lips just adds to the element of, P A R T A Y !!!

Beautiful eyes, she really is stunning, and I do love the condiment on her mouth. I've done a whole series of my son with various foodstuffs on his face, called "Jake discovers . . ." He's discovered pudding, dirt, spaghetti.

Anyway, I had to comment on the "assumes she's the nanny" quote. People just walk around trying to stuff their feet in their mouths. I have a friend who has adopted two beautiful girls from China. She's very fair skinned with green eyes. People stop her out in public and ask, "Oh, is the father Chinese?" She sort of snorts and says well yes, he is . . . But they don't get it. :)

Great shot! I love it when they "pose" for you.

Heehee, I love her rebuttal, she could also add "why yes he is, but my husband is not !! "
