Can m2ts 1920x1080 convert to SmugMug in 1920x1080?

Can m2ts 1440x1080 convert to SmugMug in 1440x1080 SMOOTHLY?
I don't think so. all the converters I've tried (and I've tried a few) don't work.

If it can, please enlighten me as to how.

At this time we cannot handle m2ts files in their raw format. They must be converted to one of the supported file types. http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Video+Formats

m2ts is a great format but very few editors can handle them. The software that came with your camera should be able to convert it. If you do not have that, consider looking at Adobe Premier, or Final Cut. Also this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.m2ts says that Nero Vision can convert them to Mpeg-4. You might want to give that a try.
