I've poked around but haven't found a thread that covers exactly my problem, so apologies if this duplicates something that has already been covered in this forum. I have a banner for my site but it doesn't always show up. I can't seem to see any rhyme or reason as to when it does or does not appear. At first I thought it was if I used my nickname (nomademoderne.smugmug.com) versus domain (photography.nomademoderne.net), but that doesn't seem to be it. So, I'm really not sure what the problem is. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Your banner image is not available to the public. You may be able to see it when logged in or when it's in your browser cache. We can never see it. Things to look at:
Make sure originals are enabled in the gallery (you are linking the original size)
Make sure the image itself is not marked hidden in the gallery (this is a common goof)
Make sure external linking is allowed on the gallery
Make sure the gallery is not password protected (it can be unlisted though)
Make sure you have the right URL.My guess is that both of the first two items are issues.

That did it I think (as you suspected it was the first two that were causing the problem). I figured it was something simple, I just couldn't figure out what. Thanks for the help!
