Our local team, the Riverhawks, decided to put on a clinic last night and stomped the Windy City Thunder.

First time shooting this style of baseball, did some peewee league stuff, but nothing like this. I'm one of the official photographers for the team and hopefully will get better throughout the season.

All shots ISO 2000 to 6400.

some nice colors from ISO 2K+. What does 'official photographer' entail? exclusive access? Media Creds? publish?

Thanks Tim.

Official photographer means a free pass to every game, access to shooting from both dugouts, transitions between each half inning, field access before and after the game and being published on their official website.

We submitted our pictures to the website this morning and I can't wait to see them on the site. I'll post a link when I see any changes to their media section.

BTW, their website is www.rockfordriverhawks.com which has photos from their previous photographers on there.
