How to post SM Video to Blogger?

Newbie here. I just created a Blogger site for my vacation that starts tomorrow and I can't figure out how to post my SmugMug videos to the site. I know how to post pics with the 'img src' tag but how do I post vidoes?

I'd also like to figure out how to post my panoramic pics to Blogger. It seems as though Blogger only accepts the left-hand 4x6 portion of the panoramic.

Also, when I right click a video in Smugmug, it gives me a Blogger icon. What is that for?
