Order Question

I had a customer order 2 8x10 prints, 2 sets of Coasters and 2 15oz mugs SM Order#1030428 and when I check the Pro sales I only see the 8x10 prints. Is there another place that shows the merchandise order?

Is your merchandise set above the smugmug price? If so you should see it in the sales section. If not raise it a penny and it will show up next time.

Thanks Khristen. I had just checked and realized that my default pricing didn't have any adjustment to the Merchandise on that gallery...oh well. I've fixed it now.
