Anyhow those are fine shots really excellent shots. I don't see how you could do any better with a very expensive DSLR camera and even more expensive lenses.
You could save all that money that could be used to buy some nice jewelry, right Laura? http://dgrin.com/images/smilies/naughty.gif

Ben, we can have a night heron fest, but only about a week's worth. I would get bored with my own shots after that.

I think mine are the same bird, no matter where I see him, don't know.

What are your other ones, not the egret, but the other night herons? Females, juveniles, California different???

Pretty sure that one is a Juvenile (sp, my bad)
