Is there a way to set a pricing scenario, save it and then apply across all the galleries I have?

Thanks..

If you set portfolio pricing, it will apply to all galleries that don't have individual prices set.

If I have set any pricing in galleries will this portfolio then over ride that pricing?

No. As noted in the help page I referenced in my last post, more specific pricing takes precedence. For example, portfolio pricing will apply to all galleries that you have enabled for sale but haven't set prices. If you set prices for a specific gallery, the gallery pricing will be used for that gallery, not the portfolio pricing.

Here is how I do it.

Create a couple hidden galleries. Call one Regular Prices, another discount prices and so on. Or if you prefer you can divide into categories... Wedding Prices, Sports Prices, Art Prices.

Once you create these hidden galleries (I put them in 'Other' category). Add one picture to each gallery. This is required to be able to set prices. I just used the built in SM features to copy an existing picture into each gallery.

Set your prices and products on each gallery.

Now when you create new events/galleries in the future, you have easy to remember names.

If you want to increase your prices you will have to adjust each of these special galleries, then just go into your old galleries and use the built in tool to apply the prices from your pricing gallery again.

HOWEVER, I have found it's not needed to apply increases to older event galleries. It's rare for me to get more sales from an event that happened a year ago. Art galleries are different, but weddings, sports, etc just don't really matter.
