Favicon not showing in IE8

I undertand that this is a common problem in IE & have read most of the info on this topic on this board in, but am hopeing someone may know how to get it to show up... it is showing in Firefox.

There should be a thread in Dgrin on this. Anyways, try putting the following into your "HEAD TAG" section:
