When I click to display a larger size for a photo in my galleries, the larger size appears, but the size information at the top does not. It just continues to say "Loading. . ."

Can you help solve that problem? Using IE6 and 7 for browser.

Thanks.

Jim,

Does the photo fully load? I see this from time to time when my connection starts lagging. Its like the last little bits of the page do not load so the page just sticks there.

We've got a handy tool to help us see the connection quality between you and SmugMug. Go here:
http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/traceroute.mg
You will see the results on your screen that you can copy/paste so that we can see them.

I'll have to do the same from home later. Two different computers and across town - same result. The only constant is ATT DSL service at both.

The issue is fairly recent in origin.

Thanks for the help.

Doc,

Any thoughts on the above connection?

Those results look pretty good. Can you try a line quality test as well?

You go here:
http://www.dslreports.com/linequality
Sign up and run the test. Registration there is free. After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to our servers. Email us the link to the results when you get them.

Line quality test result said: "target IP does not respond to ICMP ping"

With that, I'm over my head.

There is usually a link right after that warning to bypass the ping test and run the rest. can you try doing that for me? We do not really need the ping part. Its the packet loss I am after.
