Shipping costs for print orders?

I have had a smugmug account for several months now, and have quite a few pictures uploaded. Today, for the first time, I tried to order some prints (8xD).

I was disappointed to find that I would get no information on S&H costs until after I enter my credit card number:uhoh. I refuse to give that unless I know what my final costs are going to be. For example, if the prints are $2.99 and the shipping is $2.99 per print (???) I'm not going to purchase through Smugmug.

Can't some guidelines as to shipping costs be posted along with the print price list?
