Awwwwwwww!!!!!! Pt.II. Like my baby squirrel shots, these little fellows must have just come out of their den, they could still barely walk straight... And blind as bats (I was standing about 10ft. from them). Enjoy "little stinkers"....:D

The kids...

Whew! I thought I smelled something...

You are brave getting that close to the babies. Just imagine if mommy spotted you. After you scrubbed yourself in tomato juice for 5 days and were relieved to finally have the smell on your own body reduced, you'd be horrified to find out you could never bring that camera anywhere near your face again.

Anyway - thanks for taking the risk - cute pichas...

Hi Skippy :D ,

It's funny you say that, because I've always thought Australia had the coolest animals (Roos, Koalas, Platypus, plus great white sharks!). Glad you enjoyed. :thumb

actually they make fantastic pets. I did have a photo of a nice couple with their pet skunk.. but I can't seem to find it now. I got to pet it... very friendly. You just gotta have the stinky parts removed :rofl

nice shots AJ!!! funny how baby skunks always group single file like that.

you just have to respect the photographer that is willing to risk social shunning to get the shot!

I guess when my mom was a teenager, she had a skunk as a pet (with the stink stuff removed). She still says that was one of her favorite pets.

A friend had a "de-stunked" skunk as a pet. I guess they don't bite then?

Anyway, adorable pictures of something I usually run away from, even when they are roadkill.

I like the one of the little one poking it's head out the fence, even though it may not be one of the "best" ones... :): :): :):
