Thanks to Eia, I now know im in good company with the spectacle of Cactus Bloom.
these lasted 32hrs, its just unfair to see such beauty for such a short time...

A very nice set Aaron. Nice use of DOF & BOKEH. Sometimes I wonder if
I go over the top in doing similar depending on the subjects in frame composed. Like when I get more OOF and less subject. I feel like I missed
impact for how I dialed it in. Yours is nice work. :D
Yep I recognize those! Beautiful!!! You are right; it is sad they don't last long! I have more to post but I am visiting back east right now!!! Enjoy the blooms!!!

nice shots! These are cereus cactus flowers too --- were they open during the day? Ours only open at night, and then an hour after dawn the flowers close and drop off later in the day.
Love how yours have some reddish petals in the back.
