I like the colors and comp of this shot. Nice shadow detail too. The only thing that bothers me is the vignetting which could be cloned out, but then again, you may like it.
A nice shot no matter how you look at it,

Ian, 3 stop ND to smooth the water a bit and a cokin 3 stop grad ND in front of it to help keep the sky from blowing out while still keeping some detail on the beach.
I metered on the water with the center weighted setting right in the area just below the sun.
