I have my clients set up under "Investment" then "Client Proofs". One of my clients says that her family (two sisters) cannot get into the gallery. They point to "client proofs" and there is a blank box that appears (instead of a box with different family sessions listed). How can this happen?? Can someone help me?

It's rare, but it can happen if they have images blocked, security software blocking sites like SmugMug. Find out more, where are they browsing from, what type of computer, what browser and version?
Best is to have them write us at our help desk, and let our Heroes handle it for you :D
