enable buy button for loggedin user

I think the logged in user should be able to 'buy' images (prints, etc.) via the 'Buy' button, even when the "Printable" option is set to "No" for the gallery.

This could be done via an option in the gallery customization panel, or even via site customization (i.e. show Buy button for .loggedin user).

In other words, I don't think I should have to enable the 'Printable' option for the whole world just so I can buy prints of my own photos.

That would mean printable is yes, but the buttons aren't showing - not a perfectly foolproof way, since a smart guy would know how to add your image to a cart via url manipulation.

Still, it's a good suggestion and if it can be done with grace, I'd love to see it!
