View Full Version : Heros Help! Client ordered prints but need to crop correctly- help fast!

I shot a party for some friends and someone from the party bought prints but failed to adjust the crop of an 8x10 order. I didn't have proof days enabled (oops!) so the order just went to print a few minutes ago. (edit: actually at 10:30 central time...)
Can I adjust the crop so they aren't disappointed upon delivery?

Hello! Always best and fastest to email our help desk for such items - please do that right now, with the order# or your email address used on the order, so we can handle this with the lab right away. Yes, our heroes are working on Memorial Day :D

Thanks Andy. I had already emailed ezprints, I don't know if they got it though. I also just emailed the help desk so hopefullly it'll get resolved before they go to print. I have since enabled "proof delays" on the gallery.
We'll see.
