Ok..apparently it's "Back Focus". I read a little bit about it at dpreview forums. Here's another site about it (http://www.mediacollege.com/video/camera/howto/back-focus.html).

But I don't think mine has it..never noticed it.

Interesting. I've heard of back focus problems with videocameras (which is what your link describes) but until now, never with a still camera.:dunno
