These are great. Nice work. I'm jealous -- though I did recently get to fly in a restored B-17.

I have so much envy for this shoot! How did you swing such access and variety of models? How long did the shoot last?
Wonderful variety and work. Absolutely love 1, 6, and 8. :thumb

Thanks Hackbone.....out of camera it was a bit more theatrical but thought the better of it and brought it up a bit on the shadow side.

Wow.
What an impressive series.
Bg's, models, poses all very interesting.
In a couple the harsh lighting even adds to the effect.
Great stuff.

This was an event planned by our group. We secured the venue, MUA's & Models. Many of these were using at least 2 AB's with beauty dishes, bare bulb, 7 inch reflector (on AB's of course) and gridded boxes. The key to pin up is get them lit...the sun was very bright casting lots of shadows so one needs to overcome that. The inside shots were pretty straight forward lighting wise. The one of the sailor girl was lit with a softbox on each side of her using sb600's. I think ISO 400, f/4.5 around 1/125th. It was fun and shot from 1:00 to 4:00.
