Missing Gallery with photos & videos

I added a gallery as follows

FunTimesPhotography (http://funtimesphotography.smugmug.com/) > MUSEUMS - ART & HISTORY & SCIENCE (http://funtimesphotography.smugmug.com/MUSEUMS%20-%20ART%20&%20HISTORY%20&%20SCIENCE) > USA - TX Lubbock - American Wind Power Center and Museum - 2009

but it does not show when I am NOT signed in
even though it is listed as PUBLIC.
It sometimes shows when I am signed in.

QUESTION

How can I get this gallery to always show.

This issue, after a few days, has since resolved itself.

Not sure why this should have been an issue in the first place.
