I want to display those buttons (in the galley pages) on the bottom of the photo on the right instead of above it.

http://venturephoto.smugmug.com/ That would take some custom javascript to move them from one place in the page to another. I haven't ever seen someone do that so a new script would have to be written for this purpose.
