Getting around in communities

I wondered if better navigation in the communities have been considered. Going to a group once is fine - looking through someone's photos once is fine. But trying to remember the groups you might have visited a week ago doesn't work very well and I can't see anywhere to mark "favorites". Also, if you comment on a great picture and maybe want to know if they replied, again, you just have to remember. One final thing, if you mark someone as a friend, I don't find anywhere to keep track of these people.
