Greystone Mansion, Beverly Hills, CA

This is an interesting place. Built in the 1920's in Beverly Hills as the largest mansion in the city, it was abandoned until the city took it over as a park. It is an English Tudor style mansion with a garden and used in a lot of films like, There will be blood, X-men, Spider Man series, Rush Hour, Batman and Robin, and much more.
