moving the custom search window

I have added a custom search to my site but its default placement interferes with my design. I would like to move it to the bottom, centered but I cannot figure out the right wording to make it happen. Currently it is sitting off to the left...looks goofy.
Any help would be appreciated!

got it. I now have it in my nav bar and I think that looks fine. Thank you so much!
