Using Firefox 3.0.10, I can't login either from my own page, avogadro.smugmug.com, or from the main page. When I click on login, the status bar says contacting cdn.smugmug.com and/or secure.smugmug.com and nothing happens. I tried clearing cache and running Firefox in safe mode. Using IE (or IE tab in Firefox) I can log in without issues. Any clues?

Hi, I'm sorry we can't reproduce this. What addons are you running? Any additional or new security software? How about your cookie settings in Firefox?

Strange -- I can login via Firefox from work (same version).

No new security software; just the same NOD32 A/V I've been using for years, with continual updates.

Maybe there's a stray cookie; I'll check that out tonight.

Yes, clear your SmugMug cookies and custom domain cookies if you have one. That might help all ready.

Are you able to login from www.smugmug.com ?

What Firefox addons have you installed?

NOD32 shouldn't prevent you from logging in, but maybe if all else fails, try temporarily disabling it and see if that enables you to login.
