Russian, sold as Photo Sniper. Given the political climate these days I would not venture out with this.

Looks like a Yugoslavian VZ24 Mauser stock. I have seen this done before and have even thought of making one myself for using on Birds in Flight.

my uncle did something similar to this about 20 years ago just after he stopped deer hunting. He developed an inner ear problem and the rifle shot messed with him. He wasn't ready to give up yet though and "hunted" like this for a couple years after.
