When I view my videos on my Mac I can go frame by frame by pausing the video and using the arrow keys because it is using QuickTime. When I view the videos on a PC I cannot because it is using Flash. Is there a way around this? Can you go frame by frame in Flash? I would like to be able to allow everyone to go frame by frame or slow the video down because some of the videos I upload are to help the athletes I coach with their technique.

I don't think the flash player does that. They could download the video and use quicktime :wink

I must be missing something...how can someone download a video?

Go to the video preview. Before clicking on the video to play it, point at it. The little popover should have a save button on it unless you have blocked it using a customization.
I should also say that ALL of our videos download to the hard drive to play. So they can easily view the video in their browser cache. They can also copy and save from that location.

I can't believe I missed that. I actually never noticed it for photos either. This is probably because I protect most of my images and it doesn't show up there. Thanks!
