Color because it shows the softness and sweetness of her skin, almost gives her a virginal purity in this photo.

I don't think anyone could get tired of your beautiful portraits or subjects.Definately color.. I don't think it's your best BW conversion.

Her eyes are amazing in both photos, and I can appreciate your indecision. As I looked at the color version, I thought there was no way the B&W would do her justice. But where the color image is pure and lovely, the B&W is haunting.
I liked the color one at first sight. She is a beautiful girl and looks so sweet and innocent, but I couldn't look away from her eyes in the second photo.
I love them both. But if I HAVE to pick only one, it would be the one in color.

I like the b&w but that seems to be just me. I like the eyes. But the comment above was right. The b&w is haunting. It captures more for me.

Yuri,
Please forgive me, I couldn't leave well-enough alone.
I absolutely adore the eyes of this young lady, but I liked the monochromatic treatment as well. It felt a little cool for my liking, so I brought up the saturation around 17 more. I composited just the colored eyes onto the slightly warmer mono image.
Is this acceptable as an alternative? (I will remove it at your request.)

I like the color a tad better (though both are awesome) because of the eyes, skin tone and lip color really draw me in. Though that's pretty neat w/ only the eyes in color too.

I like the color on better, but I would like to see the monochromatic one done again in more of a gray tone instead of the red/brown tone.

Sepia for me. I think it emphasizes the shadows and the mystery in her face, gives her more personality. But perhaps tone down the sepia a wee bit? :dunno

As you know, I like B&W. But the color one gives her a softer appearance. I go for the color one here.
I've seen this in a few other B&W conversions of yours; their skin seems rough in your treatment. A much harsher treatment of the skin than in your color shots. Not sure if you are intending this or not but with a smoother treatment, I might be inclined to go with the B&W.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful model,
Chris
