View Full Version : Save Movie -> no FullHD option

I have uploaded some Full HD (1920x1080p) movies and they show properly in all resolutions up to Full HD. However, if I hoover on video preview image to get "Save Movie", but this function does not offer FullHD as download option.
Is there a way to download Full HD movie?

If you right click on the video size that you want in that 'Save Movie' fly-out then you can do 'Copy Link' (I'm using Safari but it will be something similar with other browsers).

If you do not see full HD as a save option it is possible that your video did not convert to HD. Send us a link and we will take a look at the video and see what sizes are available.

Send us a link and we will take a look at the video and see what sizes are available.I have uploaded quite a few 1920x1080 videos & have never seen a Save Movie Full HD option. I just assumed that the user interface hadn't caught up with the new facilities of SmugMug as we have only been able to upload 1920x1080 files for a few months & were previously limited to HiDef 1280x720.

The link that I gave above is a perfect example of where the FullHD file exists but there is no Save Movie option

Sorry guys. My fault on this one. It was on my list and I completely forgot about it. I will get the programmers attention on it. :thumb
