change thumbnails?

I don't want to make a photo to use as a thumbnail for all the videos I upload. I would prefer that it use a frame within the video. However, it sometimes picks a frame that is too dark, bright or blurred. Is there a way to change this? Multiple choices for thumbnail previews?

upload any preview frame you wish :) Make sure it exactly matches the dimensions of your video.
