A virtual stones throw (30 steps) from my backdoor is Calgary’s Fish Creek Provincial Park.
One of North America’s largest urban parks and quite possible could be the largest.
To put it into perspective it is 1348 hectares or 3330 acres big!
New York’s Central Park is 843 acres.
Fish Creek is 19km or 11 miles long and even when its borders end the parkland continues.
So with this as my backyard it is no wonder that I use it as my main photographic subject.
I feel my best shots have come from this location and today was no exception.
I am no photographer extraordinaire however I am learning so you no doubt will spot flaws. Feel free to comment critique crop or post edit any of these shots .
It is all a part of my learning process.
So here is a small compilation of this year to date at Fish Creek Provincial Park ending with today.

Well I hope you enjoyed these and I hope I have not bored you with Fish Creek Provincial Park. It will continue to be my most shot at model.
Cheers,
Tim
