Priviet, dear friends!
Can't decide which of these tow is better - color or B&W?
Each of them has their character...
Can you help me?

You're right Yuri... Both have character... However, the color one takes me "there"... I feel the black and white one tells a story but the color one includes me in the story.
It's a toss up... I don't think I helped the situation.
peace.

Yuri,
second one (nice sepia!) makes it look like an old picture from the bolsheviks archives:-)

Difficult Yuri. Both have their own character. Being me, I'd tend to go with the colored one.

I prefer the color. It feels much warmer. The B&W is a bit foreboding, which is okay if that's what you want.

Both great shots and great post processing work. I tend to lean towards the B&W simply becuase there is less to take away from the composition of the building. While the sunset (sunrise?) is beautiful, if the shot is meant to be of the wonderful angles and curves of the building, the B&W shot draws the eyes in more. The color shot says to me "been there, done that", while the B&W says "wow, look what I found!".

Can't say which is better, Yuri, only which I prefer. And it's the color version. I think the pink sky adds something to the image. Whereas that same patch of sky is weaker in the B&W version. If the dark, ominous clouds extended further down, I might have preferred the B&W. Just my philistine tastes.

I'd have to vote for the color one, very nice...

I'm going to have to go with the color one here. The colors are nice, but it's the color contrast between the building and sky that brings out the shapes (cross, dome) more. I do like the sky better in the B&W, but overall, the color is more interesting.

Color B&W Spasibo in advance, Yuri
Color looks good, but the tonings in the B&W make the image take on a different look, I like the effects more on the B&W image, but I like the color one too :D hmmmmm okay if I have to choose one I'm going with B&W :D

:agreeThe colour looks warm, but the B&W looks colder and has a different feel, and more detail I think. But I still think both are very good. I think it will depend what mood you are wanting to set.

I prefer the first to the second. I think the color provides a greater contrast
between the components of the image.

I love that shot. I think it depends on your focus. if you want the clouds color and the beautiful sky then color. But the BW really shows the building and it's sort of rustic (i don't know if thats the right word) and nice shape.
Either way i love it, nice shot.

While they're the same photo, they are different in mood.
The first is serene, the second foreboding.
It's really down to what mood you want to express. Both are excellent and I don't feel either outdoes the other.
