E-mail still not readable- Example here

I'm sorry to keep asking about this, but I really am still haveing this problem. When I send e-mails to many of my family and clients, the text is showing up black, and too hard to read. Even if I type "please click the picture or link to enter gallery," many people are not doing so, because they cannot read the text. Also, under the picture (where the link is) the only text that is showing up is "this Smugmug site". Here is an example when sent to Juno:

I am using IE 8, on Windows (not sure which one). My e-mail is a Yahoo account and this was sent through Smugmug to a Juno account. I also still have someone with a Cox account (using Vista), telling me that they cannot see the text either. Please let me know if this can be fixed.
