I'll bet this was a heck of a car in it's day. Has that "I'll tear you up and spit you out my tailpipe" look.

Any car buffs know what brand/model this is?

I hear ya Randy. Gettin' down's the easy part that's for sure. My Dad had a '37 Nash during WWII. I can remember riding down our street (actually a dirt road at the time) standing on the running board.
