mom and the kids

This mother duck with her brood was more than happy to be placed in a box ,spend the day and go for a car ride .She was captured [she hoped into the box with kids] at a Ralphs parking lot in Santa Monica no lake around ?? That day about 6 pm the nice trio of ladys let them go in this lake .They look happier now

We used to see ducks walk across the parking lot of this restaurant, and I finally saw the hidden river they came from. But I worried about their life span with the way some people drive these days.

The ducks they said did not do anything the whole day ,like they knew . the little ones were very scared at first like they were glued to mom here is my first shot ,but left them alone for about 20 min then took the first shot posted
