No 'Pricing' button

I am trying to set the pricing on my galleries, and am following the tutorial. However, it instructs you to go to 'This Gallery', then 'Set Pricing' button. I do not see the 'set pricing' option in my dropdown list.
I am a Power User, am I missing something?

Only Pro users can set their own prices (and make a profit).
