Yes, leaves an impression. Love the feeling of space, cold, isolation, inwardness. The island is key. (Wish the ROFL emoticon would keep on a-rollin out of view!)

Wow!!! Heading to scotland in a couple months, hope I am able to get some shots even remotely close to this...

Nice image :thumb . The pastel colors and the stillness of the water combined are sooooo peaceful. The lichen covered rock in foreground does keep drawing my eye. Buy I've been accused of having a head full of rocks so maybe there's an unusual affinity... :dunno

Nice capture. I've camped on the island with trees in the far distance, not a bad spot at all!

A beautiful comp with great colors. The only thing I would change would be to up the contrast a bit and try to bring out the colors in the reflected cloud more.
