Great shot Jeff! IR plus it has a "toy" like feel to it. Almost like you used a tilt/shift lens. I love your work. You are a true photographer...not just a "snapshooter".
Oh you did a double whammy; IR and toy town. This format makes me smile every time; must be the kid in me! Aside from that, good pic of the stately old building. This is probably very pretty in autumn.

Thanks, everyone. Yes, I did the toy town look with processing.
I took this from atop the Compton Hill Water Tower at Grand and 44, Karen.

It's open once a month or so. You can go up top and take some nice panoramic shots of the city or stuff like this.

Excellent shot Jeff, your miniature effect really makes this shot.
Great combination of IR and Miniaturization.
Thanks for showing us the water tower where you took the shot from,
even that building is very impressive.
