luxembourg's only waterfall... the treatment is maybe a bit over the top but as this is our only waterfall it has been shot so many times i just wanted to make something a bit different...

Gorgeous. :clap:clap:clap IMHO
Love your treatment to this nicely photographed subject.
Care to share some of the details as to how you did it?

Wow...I agree it is beautiful :thumb
Looks like the woods are on fire while the water is running away from it :D

Your treatment on this shot makes it look kind of like stepping into the Dark Side, kinda spooky, but I like it :D
Love how you've captured the flowing water... lovely shot Spako :clap

Wow.
The treatment provides such a backdrop. Is it just me or are there at least 4 *entities* in the water?

Hi and thx for the nice comments...
@DaddyO: I actually initially wanted to make an HDR but i screwed up my different exposures.. so I just used one single shot.. the sky was burned out badly for my taste so I decided to use a texture I created some while ago an lay it over the picture.. I used a overlay or Darken as blending mode (cant exactly remember which one worked best anymore), made a vignettte around the shot and used one of the topaz filters to get the water look crisper.. some dodging on the water and i was done ...
@ajroahkni: i'm not sure i get what you mean with entities...
I appreciate your comments .. thx

Nice to know how you did your effect Spako. Thank you. :barb
Had no idea what a Topaz Filter (http://www.topazlabs.com/topazlabs/03products/topaz_adjust/) was. Looks to be a must have.
So glad you spoke of it. Especially now as I am starting to move
up the HDR learning curve.
Is it possible for you to show the texture you created and layered into
your image? Would love to get an idea of what textures are effective
doing similar work. A small sample would be enough just to check it out.
What ajroahkni means by entities...
