Here's what I've mustered so far for this challenge. It's good to be able to make the time to try shooting for Challenges again! Thanks for your input.

I really like #1, but my neck hurts from trying to understand it. :rofl :thumb

I like #1 as well - it's the most interesting compositionally. Rule of thirds and everything :thumb

I just got it. It's a water reflection. (duh). I may have to change my vote to #3 since the water is more obvious in that one.

Thank you all for your feedback.

Dlplumer, I appreciate your candor in not getting it immediately, since it is strange to see inverted buildings popping out of bricks and pavement. The posted images are as shot. I've tried inverting them in Photoshop, but didn't like the result that way--they were even more disorienting.

I vote for #1 too, it's like there's a broken mirror on the road, the reflection is so clear. Nice capture.

I like number one the best but I don't know if it really speaks saturated to me. I seem to be the minority on that one, though, but just a thought. :scratch

I guess I was going with the concept of "soaked" or "drenched".

I think I like #1 the best, also.

I like number 1, too. Have you tried it upside-down?

I vote for #1 and I would try it flipped upside down as well.

All I get from it is 'puddle', not really 'saturated'. Sorry. I actually love the image, it just doesn't do it for me with regard to the concept. No offense, just trying to help out. :thumb

Okay, so as I was studying these (again), and trying to think of something constructive to say, I caught the water distortion on the right side of #3 and thought "Oh man, I wish the whole thing had that going on - that would be COOL!". So, take that for what you will. :wink

Thanks for taking the time to look (repeatedly) and offer input. I definitely also like the effect of the rippling water in #3 and can see where more of this could be really cool. Maybe I'll jsut have to put the rainboots on and go splash in some New York City puddles!
