C&C is always appreciated. First try shooting aquariums.

It's great fun to shoot in the local aquarium. I agree with the approach of radical color and contrast enhancement. Nice composition, maybe just a tad too high. All in all, very dramatic.

My first reaction on seeing that was "holy cow!" The colorings and variation over the jellyfish is quite well done.

My one nit would be to illuminate the top of the jellyfish, as right now it looks nearly dark and featureless.

I think the colors add dynamic depth to the photo. The contrast between the jelly and the background create a deep sea feel. Its something i would be proud to display. The effect you generated remind me of Capt Nemo its like you bought 20000 leagues to the surface.

I'll look into the top part suggestion. Great idea!

I truly appreciate the comments. I'm planning of entering this to a photo contest. Any comment and suggestion to improve the image is definitely a big plus.

If you enter in a contest.. you may want to tone down the white highlights, do look a little blown, and lighten (brighten) the background just a bit.
I agree with timk518 top of the jelly idea.
But then again this is a great shot...:ivar :bow :lust :barb
