Hi,

It is currently very cumbersome to update or change email addresses used in the Share by Email functionality.

The only way to change an address seems to be deleting the current entry and then add it again with the modification. For example I have all my addresses entered by First Name Last Name. With a growing number of addresses I wish I could have them grouped by last name, or even better being able to create groups and then send the Share mail to the group.

In summary, it would be great to have more control over the email addresses, for example sorting, searching, grouping, editing.

Why do it in SmugMug anyways? Wouldn't be easier to just copy and paste the gallery link to gmail and make use of its extensive addressbook and other email features?
The reason I'm asking is that if we assume a limited amount of resources available, I'd rather they went to the areas that can't be duplicated elsewhere.

I do this.

I have a "Clients" group in my google apps address book and every time a new customer orders I cut-and-paste all their information into a record in this group. Makes it very easy for me to get to and use in the future.
