Custom Receipt, Client List and Email, Iphone/Pod App to see Sales

I really wish we could customize our receipts. I'd like to include my own branding and a survey for them to fillout etc.
Also, I wish there was a better way to email all clients who have placed orders. I hate enabling the share button and then seing your favorites that way.
And what would be really awesome is a Ipod/Iphone App where I can see my Sales on the Fly and get notifications when Sales come in.

Thanks! For #2, you can manage your own email lists in your own email client - far easier and better than we could manage it for you, eh?
