FAQ item #11 (https://secure.smugmug.com/help/customize-faq) is only correct if there is no theme with a body background color. The FAQ should be updated to either say that this only works if there is no theme or to update so that it would actually work with all Smugmug themes (at a minimum, it would need a !important and might need even more than that depending upon the theme).
