I'm checking back here after being gone a good year or so and I cannot believe you still don't have coupon or package capability. I cannot imagine any feature more important to pro studios working here selling prints than the ability to market package discounts and coupons. This is a MAJOR sales tool you are still lacking.

My advice: stop worrying about fancy technology and improved slideshows till you have all the basic work tools for pros in place for day to day sales and marketing. Then get fancy.

Hello Diana,

Packages:

Both are in active development and if you have comments to make that can affect what we're building and how we're doing it, we'd love to hear from you!

Hi,

I'm approaching the end of my trial and am really enjoying Smugmug Pro account. I've searched the forums quite a bit and know that mostly Coupons and Packages are being worked on actively.

I'd like to know the status (if any) of Self fulfillment and custom products (mostly for event CDs). These are features that would help me a lot. I'm aware I can do the latter with Paypal buttons but that defeats the purpose...I haven't seen any recent info of these feature requests.

Thank you,

Anthony Migas

My list of improvements:

- deeper category levels
- password protect categories
- password protect subcategories
- virtual galleries
- remove links at the end of movies
- reduce number of clicks to play movies
- ability to set default video size
- multiple image copy to gallery
- what's new section (new galleries, new photos, etc)
- random pictures section - when a photo is clicked, takes you to it's gallery
- prefix galleries with category/subcategory information in lists

Thank you for a great product!!

how about a "visitor view" option in the drop down tool menu? I know it's only a couple clicks away, but when you are making major changes, all those extra clicks add up :)

I really like the ability to make my home page 'clean' (hide the description, update, number of photos, etc. for my galleries). However, I would also like the option to make my keywords 'clean.' Is there any possibility to make photo keywords searchable but have them show only for the owner?

In other words, I'd like to be able to keyword my photos and click on the keywords to search, and have my photos turn up in keyword searches, but hide the keywords from viewers. Is there any possibility of an option for something like this?

Sorry if this has been discussed before. I did a search, but couldn't find any threads dealing with the issue.

Thanks!

Hi Brendan, thanks - right now, it's done by power and pro accounts with one short line of CSS in the customizing page. Thanks!
