Uploading/Creating a new Gallery problem?

I'm trying to create a new Gallery on my Smugmug page and when I do, it says that it's a new gallery, add pics etc. (like normal)

When I try to upload with the Smugmug Uploader (OSX version), it can't find it. So I go to my smugmug page and it's not there! Try again....says it's created, then I go back to that section (not by hitting the back arrows, but by clicking on the link for the next level up)...and it's not showing up.

Anyone else having problems?

I'm having problems too. I upload the photo and it doesn't show up for a very long time. Then it showed up along with a second one that I had put up, and now they are both gone. Also, I tried to delete a photo and it comes up as a box with the x in it- so the space that it was in is not gone and at the same time, the most recent photos added are again, not showing up.

And....I had created a gallery earlier today (marked it private so that people wouldn't bug me about there being no photos in it!) and now tonight using the uploader I get this!

It is back to normal again :): I have no idea what the problem was :dunno I use windows system too, BTW.

Hope yours gets straightened out John. :scratch Have you tried emailing smugmug support? :wink

Nope..didn't email them. I went to bed! :1drink

It's working fine for me now...of course now I have to delete those galleries I made last night that didn't show up! :wxwax

It's working fine for me too, now.

I don't think it has anything to do with our PCs or Macs. It seems that it was a server-side issue, a little problem/hiccough on SmugMug's side of the Net :)
