I recently purchased a Canon 70-200 f/4L IS lens and a Kenko 1.5x tele-extender and began practicing taking wildlife photos. C&C welcome.
Here is a set of a pair of Laughing Gulls at Galveston's Seawall beach:

these are great. I especially like the 1st and last.
the IQ and sharpness look really nice, better then i expected with the Kenko on there. Your composition is wonderful too, are these all uncropped?
One thing that isn't really image related - your watermark in these particular images wouldn't do you any good. if someone wants to steal the image it would be easy to crop the watermark out and not lose anything of the subject. Just thought i'd mention that.

Thanks! I really haven't noticed any significant decrease in IQ with the kenko 1.5 extender. The 70-200 f/4L IS has proved to be mad sharp so that may be a factor.
I cropped each photo slightly but the composition is basically the same as the original images.
I do need to change the watermark on these, I really just posted them on my Smugmug site in a bit of a hurry so I could post the images here.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! It was good practice taking photos of these birds at the beach. They are so used to being around people that it's not much of a challenge getting decent shots. It's a bit harder trying to capture many of the other birds / wildlife around here.

Great set with the laughing gulls. They are very charismatic and photogenic. I especially like the composition of the last image.
