Picassa Uploader not working

I continually have problems using Picassa. I have tried multiple times to upload photos to new galleries and existing galleries and it only works if I do a few pictures. If I try to do an entire gallery (250 pictures), it acts like it is uploading and after quiite a while it says 0 pictures uploaded. Is there something that needs set up for the Picassa uploader to work? I really want to be able to use it.

The Picasa uploader is not very robust. If there's a problem with one photo, the whole upload batch fails. At this point, there's nothing we can do about this. Please try using our Simple uploader instead for larger batches. Here (http://www.smugmug.com/help/upload-pictures)'s how.
